Design for the Lady in White

The citizens of St. Hazel rarely catch a glimpse of the Lady in White, but know that she has always been with them. Almost never seen in public, but always appearing the same age, most believe that her role has been taken up by several women over the generations.

I'm not terribly good at dress design, likely due to lack of experience. This would have been around 2011 when Chase and I were really getting in to cooking up ideas for Iron-Breaker.
